  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 28 Oreo cookies
  • 6 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (for brownie layer)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for brownie layer)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually incorporate flour and salt; fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan and layer with Oreos.
