Ingredients
- 17.5 oz sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix sugar cookie mix and softened butter until crumbly. Press half into the bottom of the dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add flour, lemonade concentrate, vanilla, pudding mix, and egg until combined.
- Pour cream cheese filling over crust, sprinkle remaining cookie mixture on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
