Ingredients
- 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine strawberry Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved; set aside to cool.
- Crush pretzels in a Ziploc bag and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a greased 13×9 dish and bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
