  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels
  • 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine strawberry Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved; set aside to cool.
  3. Crush pretzels in a Ziploc bag and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a greased 13×9 dish and bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Mix sliced strawberries with the cooled Jell-O and pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set (about 2-4 hours).
