  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen)
  • Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the pasta shells until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
