  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz colby jack cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz American cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • Seasonings: smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, kosher salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (180ºC) and butter a baking dish.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni in chicken broth until just under al dente; drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend half-and-half, heavy cream, all cheeses except half of the cheddar and colby jack.
  4. Stir in seasonings and then add cooked pasta and eggs until well combined.
  5. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
