  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 23 milk chocolate candy bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 6-7 minutes until edges begin to set.
  6. Add mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces on top, then return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes until golden.
