  • ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 heaping cups mini marshmallows (about 3.5 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, blend graham crackers and sugar in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix in melted butter and press into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake crust for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; set aside to cool.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until no streaks remain.
  5. Pour brownie batter over the cooled crust and bake for 30-40 minutes until set.
