  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
  3. Add sliced sausage, diced onion, and bell pepper; mix gently until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving hot.
