  • 23 pound chuck roast
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 cups Arby's sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 6 onion rolls

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast at the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle dried minced onion and Montreal steak seasoning on top.
  2. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the roast, followed by Arby’s sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until tender.
  4. Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.
  5. Heat cheddar cheese sauce in the microwave until warm.
