- 4–6 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Brown the butter in a skillet until dark amber; let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled brown butter with sugars and mix until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, chai spice blend, baking soda, and salt; gradually combine with wet ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely before glazing.
- Whisk glaze ingredients together and dip cooled cookies into the mixture.
