Ingredients

- 1–2 large red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Olive oil and seasonings (paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
