  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 32 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 3 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salted caramel sauce (homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with nonstick spray.
  2. Make the apple filling: Sauté peeled and sliced apples with butter, brown sugar, and spices until tender; thicken with cornstarch mixed in water.
  3. For the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of the prepared pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare the cheesecake filling: Beat room temperature cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and spices.
