- 4 medium apples
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 32 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 3 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 4 large eggs
- Salted caramel sauce (homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with nonstick spray.
