- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp chipotle powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- ½ cup cooked edamame
- ½ avocado
Instructions
- Pat salmon filets dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and salt; reserve some marinade for later.
- Coat salmon cubes in marinade and let sit for 3 minutes.
- Place salmon in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes until crispy.
- For the spicy yogurt sauce, combine yogurt, hot sauce, chipotle powder, paprika, and olive oil.
