  • 2 tablespoons root beer concentrate
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 (6 oz) graham cracker or shortbread crumb crust
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine root beer, half & half, and root beer concentrate. Sprinkle in the vanilla pudding mix and whisk until well combined. Let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into the prepared crumb crust and spread evenly.
  3. Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
