Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups uncooked orzo pasta

Instructions
- Cook the orzo in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled orzo with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, red onion (if using), feta cheese, and basil. Toss gently to mix.
