  • For the filling: 1/4 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • For the glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk to about 120-130°F to activate the yeast.
  2. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix well.
  4. Add warmed milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients; mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 12 x 18 inches thick.
  7. Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Roll up tightly from one side and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  9. Place cut-side up in the prepared pan and let rise for about 30 minutes until doubled.
  10. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. While baking, mix powdered sugar with milk to make the glaze; drizzle over warm rolls.
