- 150 g unsalted butter
- 160 g cream cheese
- 220 g icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
- In another bowl, beat together both sugars, eggs, and vanilla until fluffy; mix in oil and pumpkin puree.
