Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, eggs, sugar (or erythritol), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
