  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mashed bananas and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  8. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges but still soft in the center.
