  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 67 medium-sized bananas, chopped

Instructions
