  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1/3 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, oregano, and thyme to make the seasoning mix.
  3. Pat chicken wings dry and toss them with olive oil and seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. For the sauce, mix Frank’s hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in another bowl.
  6. Once cooked (internal temperature of 170°F), toss wings in the sauce until well coated.
