  • ¼ cup caramel topping
  • whole milk as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until well mixed. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, beating until fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before frosting.
