  • 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink (3–4 minutes). Fold in crab meat.
  3. Pour in broth and heavy cream; stir well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cooked pasta back into the pot and mix thoroughly to coat with sauce. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
