  • 1 package golden Oreos
  • 6 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 16 oz Cool Whip (divided)
  • 2 packages instant strawberry pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Fresh strawberries (for decoration)
  • White chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Crush golden Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan to form the crust.
  2. Prepare strawberry pudding according to package instructions and refrigerate until set.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in blueberries and Cool Whip. Spread over the crust.
  4. Once pudding is set, spread it over the cream cheese layer and top with remaining Cool Whip.
  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top and decorate with sliced strawberries and additional blueberries.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
