  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • pinch salt
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • zest of 1 orange, optional

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water and let cool for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining it with parchment.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and salt; press into the pan for the crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Combine half of the whipped cream with cooled jello mixture; alternate layering both mixtures into the crust.
  7. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
