  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding
  • 21/2 cups cold milk
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 11/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pudding mixes until blended. Gradually add cold milk and mix until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  2. Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip in a 9×13-inch baking pan. Layer with graham crackers, followed by pudding mixture and berries. Repeat layers twice more.
