  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Set aside.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Layer the parfaits by placing 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture at the bottom of serving cups. Add 3 tablespoons of cheesecake mixture on top.
  4. Distribute half of the cherry pie filling over each cup and sprinkle with more crumb mixture.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining cheesecake mixture and cherry filling.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
