Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Dash vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (3-ounce) package ladyfingers (broken into pieces)
- 1 pint blueberries
- 6 small glasses or jars
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix strawberries with granulated sugar and set aside for 10 minutes.
- In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract; blend well.
- In each glass, layer ladyfingers, cream cheese mixture, strawberries, more ladyfingers, another dollop of cream cheese mixture, and finish with blueberries.
