Ingredients

- 1 ½ TBSP cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow crème
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan by spraying it with nonstick spray and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and cornstarch; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together sugar, eggs, and egg yolk on high speed until pale (about 5 minutes). Add melted butter, oil, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients while mixing on low speed. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Dollop melted marshmallow fluff over the top and lightly swirl it in using a butter knife.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly wet but not covered in batter.
