Ingredients

  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Milk chocolate
  • 200 g Butter or baking spread
  • 150 g Golden syrup
  • 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken up)
  • 75 g Mini marshmallows
  • 200 g Maltesers

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" square tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth; cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the lined tin and smooth down. Use remaining chocolate to fill gaps and tap gently to release air bubbles.
  6. Top with extra Maltesers and chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Slice into squares and store in an airtight container.
