- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter or baking spread
- 150 g Golden syrup
- 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken up)
- 75 g Mini marshmallows
- 200 g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper.
- Melt dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth; cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined tin and smooth down. Use remaining chocolate to fill gaps and tap gently to release air bubbles.
- Top with extra Maltesers and chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice into squares and store in an airtight container.
