  • 6 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • Sugar-free ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until translucent (2–3 minutes).
  4. Stir in seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, oregano.
  5. In a bowl, mix sugar-free ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise; add to skillet and combine well.
  6. Spread the meat mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with crumbled bacon.
  7. Whisk eggs in another bowl; pour over the casserole.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
