  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Place flour in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook each chicken piece for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Mix remaining Parmesan cheese with mozzarella and garlic; top each chicken piece with this mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
