Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.

  4. For the lemon curd, combine lemon juice, egg yolks, sugar, corn starch, and lemon zest in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until thickened; remove from heat and stir in cold butter.
