- 2–4 mini sweet peppers, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Irish cheese (such as Dubliner)
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- Fresh herbs (tarragon, thyme, basil)
Instructions
