  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients with milk into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in diced peaches gently.
  6. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; add honey and powdered sugar gradually.
