  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Halve the Brussels sprouts and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with sea salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange the sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
