  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. In the prepared baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by the sliced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese, then pour broth around the edges.
