  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Meanwhile, boil salted water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Toss well to coat, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Stir in cooked chicken and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  6. Serve hot with additional Parmesan cheese on top.
