- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 and 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups assorted sliced fresh fruit
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Chill the dough for at least 20 minutes.
- Press dough onto the pizza pan; bake for 17-19 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla.
- Spread frosting over cooled crust, then top with sliced fresh fruit.
