  • 250 g uncooked spaghetti
  • 500 g fresh tomatoes (or 1 x 400 g tin chopped tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 500 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 150 ml double cream
  • ½ bunch fresh basil

  5. Cook for around 15 minutes until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
