- 2 teaspoons ketchup

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 ounces sliced cremini mushrooms
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, ketchup, Dijon mustard, oregano, and salt until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into four oval patties about 3/4-inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add beef stock while whisking continuously.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and sliced mushrooms; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Return the patties to the skillet and cover; cook for an additional 10 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
- Serve over mashed potatoes with gravy drizzled on top.
