- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ cup ground cinnamon
- ½ cup whipping cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons cream or milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and remaining sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
- Whisk together flour and baking powder in another bowl. Gradually add to wet ingredients with whipping cream and milk until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased Bundt pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top. Add remaining batter and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before drizzling with icing made from powdered sugar mixed with cream and vanilla.
