  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup whipping cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and remaining sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Whisk together flour and baking powder in another bowl. Gradually add to wet ingredients with whipping cream and milk until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased Bundt pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top. Add remaining batter and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow cooling before drizzling with icing made from powdered sugar mixed with cream and vanilla.
