- 3 tbsp soy sauce (divided)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
Instructions
- Marinate sliced beef in a bowl with 2 tbsp soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water; set aside.
