  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 large apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • sprinkle of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon; stir in melted butter. Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour; mix in sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs until combined.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust. Top with a mixture of chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Cool before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  6. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
