- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 2 packages mild taco seasoning
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies, mild
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large bag nacho cheese Doritos
- 1 ½ cups shredded Jack cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the meat is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, green chilies, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup until heated through.
- In the prepared baking dish, layer one-third of crushed Doritos, half of the beef mixture, another third of Doritos, the remaining beef mixture, and top with the last third of Doritos and shredded cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
