Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp water (more or less as needed)
  • 34 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Flaked sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: protein powder, cacao powder, and salt.
  2. Add sunflower seed butter and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Use your hands to knead into a dough-like texture.
  3. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
