- 8 Small Vine Cocktail Tomatoes
- 1 English Cucumber
- 1/4 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Squeeze Lemon Juice
- 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Pinch Brown Sugar
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 2 Pinches Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar

Instructions
