  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F).
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning with water and coat the chicken.
  5. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in another bowl.
  6. Lay the tortilla flat; spread the sauce in the center, add chicken, cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  7. Fold sides in and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  8. Place seam-side down in the skillet; cook for about 3 minutes on each side until crispy.
