  • 75 ml dry white wine
  • 400 ml chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 180 g cream cheese
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 30 g grated Parmesan

Instructions

  5. Add Italian seasoning and chicken stock; bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in cream cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  7. Add gnocchi and spinach; cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes until done.
  8. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
