- 16 ounces mozzarella balls
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- 1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic until well combined.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and basil. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
